Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate proposal and signed agreement (MSA/SOW). Those documents govern the actual work.
On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain ours or their respective owners’.
We deliver work with care but provide it as is beyond the warranties written into your signed agreement. Our liability is limited as set out there.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this URL. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
