We started Startup13 in 2021 because every founder we knew was bleeding momentum. Agencies took quarters to do what should take weeks. Freelancers vanished. In-house hires meant a six-month runway gone before the first commit.
So we built the opposite. A small senior team, no juniors hidden behind an account manager, no decks-instead-of-shipping. Just a focused crew of thirteen people who love a deadline.
